Screen Printing

Screen Printing is the highest quality and longest lasting printing option that we have to offer here at Bayside.

Once we receive your artwork, our graphic designer will work with you to confirm that the design is the correct size and color. We can accommodate up to 6 colors in your design. Once approved, the final design is separated by color and transferred to the screens where we can apply the ink then cure it at a high temperature to ensure it will stay.

It’s best to plan at least a month ahead for any project you are looking to start to allow time for materials, mockups, and any unexpected delays that may arise. After all materials are in hand and the mockup is approved you should expect your project to be ready for pickup within 10 business days.

We offer a wide range of t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, bags, and more for easy ordering or you can bring in your own materials to be printed.

The minimum amount of items depend on the amount of colors that are in your design.
1 – 2 Color = 24, 3 Color = 36, 4+ Colors = 48

The best materials to print on are cotton and cotton/poly blends. We are unable to print on socks, shoes, or items that cannot withstand high heat. Please reach out if you are unsure about the materials in your order.

A full front design encompasses any design that spans across the front of the chest. Typically ranging between 6-10 inches wide, this is a great spot to feature a larger design.

A full back design encompasses any design that spans across the back. Typically ranging between 6-10 inches wide, this is a great spot to feature a larger design.

The left chest is one of the most common placements for smaller designs on the front chest. Typically ranging between 2-4 inches wide, this is a great spot to add a logo, name, or any smaller design.

The right chest is a very common placement for smaller designs on the front chest. Typically ranging between 2-4 inches wide, this is a great spot to add a logo, name, or any smaller design.

Sleeve placement can vary depending on your garment and artwork. Smaller designs can be placed up by the shoulder or down by the cuff the sleeve. For longer artwork you can make use of the length of a long sleeve.

The leg is a spot that can feature a smaller design, or can fit a longer design on pants. Typically ranging between 2-4 inches wide, the art is placed just above the hem for shorts or on the thigh on pants.

The front of the hat is a prime location for adding artwork. Because of the smaller space we generally recommend keeping a design less than 2.25 inches in height. Applicable for a wide range of styles: baseball, trucker, bucket, beanie, or visors.

The back yoke lands between your shoulders, just below the neck. Typically ranging between 1-3 inches wide, this is a more subtle spot for smaller designs.

The side of the hat is generally best for smaller icons or text. We recommend avoiding long and thin artwork/text as it can cause puckering. Try stacking the text or creating a more square design with a maximum width around 1.75 inches.
